Designed and built by an architect couple, the 3,350 square feet house is built out of timber and stone stilts with natural kempas and balau timber flooring. The entire home has large windows with old teak frames and a plunge pool in the middle of the house. The adjustable timber louvers in living and dining areas are made from woods salvaged from an old istana in Kuala Lipis, Pahang by a Kelantanis craftsman, while the guest bathroom has decorative tiles found in an old house in Malacca marked for demolition.
 
The home is a showcase of some of Malaysia's finest architectural heritage with each piece of antique sharing tales of the bygone era. Furnished with antique furniture and traditional art decorations, the 3-bedroom bungalow is designed to complement the nature with its high ceiling, large open windows and an open-air plunge pool in the middle of the house. The entire home is fresh and breezy with the cooling country air.
 
All bathrooms are built in an open air concept of the traditional Malay culture, with premium guest amenities for modern comfort and convenience. Rainwater is collected via roof gutters for daily use such as watering the garden and flushing toilets.

The home has a fully furnished kitchen and 2 huge dining sets for private functions or gatherings. Alternatively, there is a 3-storey high tower for small functions that allow fantastic high view of the countryside, and several garden Lanai areas that offer ample space in the open-air.
